Forza Motorsport 5 Launch Rewards
Longtime Forza fans, here’s a story that’s just for you. By now, many of you have probably checked out Forza Rewards, the rewards system that gives you free gifts like credits and cars just for playing Forza games. All of that time in older Forza games is about to pay off yet again in a big way, as today we’re unveiling the loyalty rewards that will be available to long time Forza players at the launch of Forza Motorsport 5 on Xbox One.
If you’ve never checked out Forza Rewards, here’s a quick recap: First, head over to the Forza Rewards web site and check out your current Forza Rewards tier level. The higher your tier level, the better the rewards you earn each month. You can increase your tier level by playing older Forza games, including Forza Motorsport 2, Forza Motorsport 3, Forza Motorsport 4, and last year’s Forza Horizon. Points are earned for everything from the achievements you rack up to the total number of miles you’ve driven, and so on. The more you put into the game, the more points you’ll earn, and the higher your tier level will be.
For Forza Motorsport 5, we are adding a new tier to the Forza Rewards structure (giving us six tiers total). Now here’s where it gets good: Assuming you are at least Tier 2 at the time of the launch of Forza Motorsport 5, you’ll earn a brand new car that will be sent directly to your Forza 5 garage, as well as credits that can be redeemed today and will be available for you the moment you begin playing Forza Motorsport 5.
Here’s how the cars and credits rewards break down by tier level in Forza Motorsport 5:
Tier 2: Ford Fiesta ST + 10,000 Credits
Tier 3: Audi RS 7 + 20,000 Credits
Tier 4: Ferrari F12berlinetta + 40,000 Credits
Tier 5: McLaren P1™ + 80,000 Credits
Tier 6: 160,000 Credits
Not a bad gift in the bunch. So that’s good news. Better news: Forza Rewards are stackable! So, if you are Tier 3 or above, you’ll get that tier level’s gifts plus ALL of the lower tier gifts. Get all the way up to Tier 5, for example, and you’re talking about a serious head start on launch day, with four awesome cars in your garage and a fat stack of 150,000 credits burning a hole in your virtual pocket. The best news of all is that you’ve still got time to level up! If you have your eyes on that big credit bonus or that P1™, there are still a few weeks to jump back in to the Forza games in your collection, earn some points, and make it happen before Forza Motorsport 5 launches on November 22. So, get to driving!
